Mesembryanthemum Yellow

With spectacular yellow flowers, this succulent will grow and thrive in most conditions. It is drought-tolerant, salt-tolerant, and is not fussy about its soil. They have pale green foliage approx 2cm long, with trailing stems forming a 30-50cm tall bush. The plant can be trimmed or allowed to trail as ground-cover. It can tolerate full sun or shade and will flower in spring.

Height: Grows to about 50cm tall.

Light: Full sun to partial shade.

Water: Water during the summer and spring, making sure it has good drainage. Reduce water in the winter as excess water can damage the plant.

Flowers: Produces yellow daisy-like flowers in the springtime.

Propagation: From stem cuttings taken during spring- autumn.

Care: Very low-maintenance plant in suitable growing conditions. It will thrive in rich, well-draining soil.
